Weapon Form: 'Mikazuki-ogama', ('三日月-大鎌') the Crescent Moon Scythe
Appearance of Weapon: Double bladed crescent moon light scythe. The handle is about eleven to twelve feet long, and the larger blade on one side is almost eight and a half feet in length, including the smaller blades that extend on the other side of the handle. The smaller blade is five feet long. Even though it is so lengthy, it is actually quite light in weight. The scythe looks as if it is glowing, and when the moon hits it it takes on a glowing purple sheen, with stripes of white along the two blades. Near the handle on the blades are what appear to be moons and stars, like a constellation. When she uses an ultimate move, like the Soul Resonance, the blades become equal in length, and two rings form at either side of the handle. The blades glow bright neon purple, and crescent moon shapes form along the outer side of each blade. This move is known as "Engetsuzan: Hikari ni yami", meaning Crescent Moon Slash: Darkness to Light".

Eye color and shape: Her eyes are very unique, a galaxy blue, but they constantly change shades of blue, varying from light, ice blue, to a dark, midnight blue. Silver specks dot her irises, like stars. They also glow slightly. If one looks closely, it would seem that she has an actual constellation in her eyes. In the middle is a black pupil, but at the very center is a silver crescent moon.

Hair color and style: Her hair is longish, a dark ash blonde in color. It's straight, and layered. She has long bangs that she keeps kept out of her eyes by two dark red hair clips. Often she has her hair up in two ponytails, with what look like dark red six pointed shuriken as bows. Her left ponytail is slightly longer than her right one.
Skin: Light ivory, though during the summer she tans slightly. Her skin is soft, and always seems to smell slightly of honeysuckle and watermelon.
Build: She may be a bit on the small size, but she's still curvy. The perfect body for short. Her breasts aren't too large, but aren't tiny either. She's got an hourglass figure, with a flat stomach and gently curved spine. Her hips, thighs, and calves are perfectly proportioned, matching her upper half to the T. Her hands are dainty, with long thin fingers, and medium length finger nails. She often paints them red, silver, or black.
Markings: On her left shoulder blade there is a marking of a crescent moon, that is black in color. It slightly resembles her weapon form. During the full moon it glows a bright white silver, during a crescent moon it glows a neon purple, and during a new moon it glows a blood red.

Jewelry: She wears a dark red laced choker around her neck, the lace part being ivory in color. Also, she wears a silver moon necklace, that has a blue gem on it, that looks as if stars are inside. She says she got this from her mother.

Clothing: She wears a very detailed dress, that is red, black, white, hot pink, gold, and silver in color. It is sleeveless, but she wears arm covers that are hot pink and black striped, with light baby pink frills at the hand end. On the upper part it has a light yellow bow. She also wears matching striped stockings, that go up to her mid-thigh. The stripes are a bit wider on the stockings, and the frills aren't as large. Also, there is no bow. Personality: Tsukiko is a very fun person, easy to get along with, and hard to get away from. Her cheerfulness is like a contagious disease, or an addicting drug. Once you get near it, you just can't get away from it or get enough. She's loud, proud, and an all out fun cloud. It's hard to get her into a slump, or sad. She finds herself being sad very unappealing, finding that she likes herself better when she's happy. She's very kind, often going out of her way to make others happy like she is, or helping those in need. She's also very loyal, not ever giving up on her friends, and in a battle, if she's knocked down she'll get back up; she will fight on, to the death if she needs to.

History: Born in Death City, and brought up in a dark, dreary home, most would think that something like that would ruin a child. But in Tsukiko's case, it made her want to make her family better, to make it happy and not a depressing place to be. Her father, who had died when she was young, left her and her mother alone. Things continued to be the same way even with him gone, it was even more dreary than ever before.

When she was fourteen, she moved out, finally getting tired of her mother moping around all day, and moved into a rather nice looking two bedroom apartment. Because her family was rich, she could afford this, and a few months later she was enrolled into the academy, after she found out what she was. Once there, she became quite the popular girl, not because of her family's riches but because of her personality and talent.

Even though she was really popular, no one could seem to get the handle of using her weapon form, Mikazuki-ogama, the Crescent Moon Scythe. She doesn't let this get to her, she knows that there is someone out there who will be able to wield her, she just has to wait patiently, and look for herself.

She knows it will be some time, as before she left home, her mother told her that she wasn't quite human, that she was "a child of the moon and of the light of stars" hence why her name is Tsukiko Hikari, which literally means "Moon Child of Light". When she was little, she often would be drawn to a small hill near their house on nights when the moon was full or in a crescent shape, the marking that she had been born with, the moon on her shoulder, would glow. Her mother said that only a few people would be able to harness her power to the fullest, and for Tsukiko to choose her partner wisely.

Miscellaneous: Likes to go out at night and look at the stars and moon. She also is a big fan of rock music, and can play the guitar quite well. She also sings. Another pass time of hers is drawing, and reading. She's quite talented with many instruments, a few of those being the piano, violin, flute and harp.
