Charim turns away from him again. "I-I...I know that...I-I....What do you mean, you and I from Lenore....I thought she was your responsibility...."

"Yes. Five is hardly enough. Our plan was to collect every soul here, though I would assume that you're not going to let me kill all of them."

She lets out a shaky breath. "J-Just....Take the broom and g-get above town...I-I'll handle it..."

Charim makes sure that Reaver is far enough away. The fins on her bracers extend, glowing blue. A circle of blue-ish lightning sparks around the town, and quite suddenly a blue shark head rises from the circle. Its jaws clamp around the town, and then it disappears, leaving the town, though souls now remain in place of any people in the city. Charim stands where she was, before collapsing to the ground.

Reaver stands staring in shock. When he snaps out of it, he makes his way over to Charim, and holds her in his arms. "Charim?"

Charim weakly smiles up at him. "G-Guess I.....overdid it.....sorry...E-Eat up..." She slumps in his arms, drifting into unconsciousness.

He lays her gently on her broom, and sets out to collect all of the other souls. "Fifty two in all." Reaver chuckled to himself, silently thanking Charim. He would keep forty five, and give the remaining to Saca. Once he had them all contained in a few jars, he sat on the broom and lay Charim on his lap.

Reaver got a feel for controlling the broom for a while. Once he had the hang of it, he set forth to the temple.
