Appearance: Skylar wears normal clothes. Never a suit or anything that stands out. Unless he is in class in which case he wears a brown professors jacket. He doesn't need glasses but occasionally wears, he doesn't have staple outfit. Depending on his mood he could walk into work with a five a clock shadow or clean shaven. He looks so painfully normal its almost impossible to follow him in a crowd.

Personality: Skylar sports histrionic personality disorder. He doesn't care about who he hurts and his is a cereal killer. You couldn't tell by talking to him. He gives off an aura of intelligence and reason. Though he has a violent temper. He's very smart, and this is his greatest asset. On a side note he also loves old movies and good television.

History: When Skylar was born in death city. He was always different. His mothers pregnancy was extremely difficult and she had to be bed ridden. In the end He was pulled out months early. As the baby form of Skylar clung to life, he developed two birth defects that would get stronger with age. He could absorb peoples souls with a touch, and move things with his mind. When he was young it wasn't so bad, he just felt very hot to the touch. But soon it grew to be more intense and no one would come near him for fear of hurting themselves. They never had any money, so when Skylar's mother got internal damage from skylar. There was nothing that the family could do. His dad (Sylas) became a drunk. Blaming Skylar for the death of his wife. Oh he had an awful childhoods. Sylas was a watchmaker so money was always tight, at least twice a week he would get into a drunken rage and beat his son. Sylas would also disappear at night and not tell Skylar where he was going. Because of this Skylar developed serial killer behavior. Hurting animals, never making friends. That kind of thing.
One day walking home from school he was attacked by a witch. That day he had been leaving school when the witches daughter Rachel asked him why he didn't have any friends. He just walked away without a word when she grabbed him by the wrist. " Where do you think your going? " his ability had been growing in strength ever since he hit puberty. Of course she recoiled in pain and fell to the floor. Whenever he touches someone, samples their souls then he learns of that person. And he learned that Rachel had a cavity. He had had a taste of her soul, the first one in months. The pleasure he gains from it is easily enough to match a powerful narcotic. After a minuted and a half, he had his first victim at age 15. Once he realized what he had done he was glad no one was around to see. Later when the witch stepped out of the ally she grabbed his hand and with a knife in the other intended to just stab him as to not break soul protect. She was his second victim her soul was so alike her daughters skylar thought. Experiencing all of someone's life in one minute was pure bliss. He had taken the power of soul protect from her, along with her ice magic. Though he had a feeling in the pit of his stomache that he would never be as good as her.
As he walked away from the corpse with a huge grin on his face. But when he got home his dad had been called by the principal. " WHAT DID YOU DO TO THAT GIRL! " He reached out and grabbed his arm. " OH YOU ARE SO GOING TO GET IT THIS TIME! " But without even realizing it. Skylar had put his hands to his face and drained him dry. And as he did so he was pissed, his father was a kishin all along! Is that why he was born " different. " is that why he couldn't stop sucking the soul from that poor girl! Is that what he's been doing every night!? Standing over his fathers dead body, he knew what he had to do. He lit the house on fire and summoned up fake tears. When the police came and found his father dead by lethal burns. They didn't suspect a thing. He was enrolled in foster family after foster family. When he became fifteen they finally realized there was something wrong with him and enrolled him in a mental institution. On his 25th birthday he was released. Started up his fathers clock shop again. But it only took him one tap with someone else to undo all that therapy. His basement looks like is belongs in a Jason movie. But he wants better prey. Maybe... prey with more ability. He only had to look outside to see the DWMA's skull building. The only other enforcement he needed was an instructor wanted sign in the paper. So he went to the school passed all their tests and is now an educator. His soul protect giving off a perfectly healthy soul... look out.

Misc: Skylar will go to a number of lengths to not kill people with his telekinesis, there's no fun in it that way. He prefers to leave his foe bloody and battered, that way he can finish with a fatal hand.

Abilities:
Telekinesis Souls: 5
Skylar can lift things with his mind, the heavier they are the more concentration they take and the slower they move. This would be a powerful ability, but it is only held back by the fact he cannot use it on anything with a soul. They way it works is he projects his soul wavelength onto another object and can manipulate it. But if its a person with their own soul then it doesn't work. People without souls are an exception, though the farther away an object gets the less control he has over it. So he can never catapult someone into space with a glare and intent.

Wintry souls: 5
Skylar has had the witches Ability's for a long time. But they aren't his to begin with. He will never transform, or fly through the air. But, he is able to blanket areas with snow and throw ice bolts to freeze someone.

Absorption Souls: 5
Skylar's ability to absorb souls. He can kill someone uninjured with a full minute of constant contact, killing people faster if they are weak or injured. After about 10-20 seconds he can use their skills and abilities, if he has the souls to back it up.

Misc: to change into someone else's abilities he needs to take a moment to adjust his soul. Doing this changes his personality. So if he had to change from telekinesis to ice. He would act less like a killer and more like a mother.
