Mantra:

Air Form: "Air Form" this spell makes Juilet's body light as air itself, she can float, glide and move faster than she normally would be able to. Her body is then able to dodge faster, be more evasive and she as increased strength, allowing her to lift heavier objects. This spell is her only spell that doesn't involve her actually saying it.

Flicker: "Flicker" Juilet activates this spell by saying it, when activated she gains a extreme boost of speed, air forms a jet stream and propels her like a rocket towards where ever she wants to go, this can allow her to stop herself from taking alot of damage from incoming objects or just simply allow her to get somewhere faster in a short amount of time.

Air slice: "Air Slice" Juilet says this and she is surrounded by a current of air, she can slice multiple slices of air at a directed area, this air is sharp enough to be equal to the slice of a sharp katana. It can constantly be thrown in barrages of air.

Air blast: "Cannon fire!!" Juliet says this and can fire out a large burst of wind from her hands and from her feet, allowing her to launch people even when kicking then.

Strength of the winds: "I call upon the winds, give me your power and demolish everything before me." This spell launches a large wave of wind, this wave of wind will knock back annything not locked to the ground, it will sweep it up, either launching it up into the air or pushing it back. The area of the wind only reaches around a 14 foot radius.

Vacuum: "Vacuum" this is the obisite of the wave of wind, this creates a vacuum that sucks people and objects towards her, the power of the wind is enough to take a door off it's hinges but can only be directed in a small certain area.

Air manipulation: These just come naturally to her, she can make her lungs contain more air, she can blow strong winds from her lips, she can enchance the area in which she can hear stuff. She can throw objects and launch them with more force. She can also nullify the air around her, making her area completely silent, she can also nullify the air around other people around her. She has more capabilities she has yet to try and test.

Appearance: Juilet appears as a young, blossoming youth, sporting blond hair, green eyes and nice soft pinkish skin. She is fairly tall, her height reaching 5'8, her frame is fairly curvy, she has very strong thigh muscles from all the football she plays, he thighs are also very thick and could possibly crush a melon. He breast size is a D cup, her frame is very thick and well balanced to say the least. Her hair reaches down to below her waist, normally out and about she sometimes also puts it in a pony tail. Her major outfit she normally wears for football is her dads old jersey, passed down to her from her, it is very special to her and she wears it with pride, no matter how much of a tight fit it is. When playing football with her team she normally wears it under her uniform, a white and green striped jersey, holding the symbol of a bull on the right breast.

Personality: Juilet is a very lively girl, she loves to have fun, play around and goof off with friends, the only time she ever really gets serious is when she is playing sports, ill get to that later. When outside of sports, Juilet is a very optimistic girl, she enjoys flirting, making others blush, being a bit perverted and all around having a very good time. She enjoys her fair play of sports and has a very sportsman like attitude. She is very intelligent and is actually quite the pacifist when it comes to fighting, prefering to user her powers for everyday tasks.  Juilet is very loyal to football, being the fact that she grew up with it, she practices as much as she feels like she should, sometime she is even seen juggling a football down the streets of death city as she completes normal, everyday tasks. She gets very serious about the game and if she catches anyone cheating she will definitely punish them, either by knocking their teeth out or using her own powers to cheat. Which brings me to this, football is the only thing that will ever make her aggressive without it involving her getting attacked. She tries her best to be a good person in football but sometimes she can't help but be aggressive.

History: Juilet was born and raised by a british-american mixed family, on her mothers side she was strongly american but on her fathers side she was british. She grew up to be a majors daddy's girl, striving to be just like her dad who was a popular football player. He taught her tricks on how to juggle a foot ball, how to kick it too as well as how to head it into goals. At the age of seven she was already an extremely good football player, everyday she practiced with her father. When she found out she had the powers of a witch her mother also began training her, teaching her how to use her powers with ease. She practiced less on her powers and more on football but she still payed attention to her mother. When she was old enough to join a football team (now just going to call it soccer) she was extremely happy, she easily proved herself to the team and became a star player. When she was at the age of 16 her father retired from playing soccer, she was really disappointed with this so to make it all better her father gave her his jersey, the one seen in the picture. She wore his jersey with pride, wanting to show that the Moore legacy still lives on. She later moved out of her old house at the age of 18 with small amount of knowledge on spells and a huge amount of knowledge on soccer. She later joined a soccer team in Death City, spending her time around there as she practices, she still attends school, focusing hard on her grades, she doesn't go to the DMWA. When not playing soccer she is either doing school work or playing video games. She now lives in a apartment building in death City's residential area.
