Appearance: He is a tall and lanky individual with a well defined muscular structure, he stands at approximately 6'3 and weighs 152. He has stark blue hair accompanied by sea blue eyes. His hair is neat and long, and extends down to his ears. He wears a black sweater that fits snugly (With room around the neck). This is accompanied by baggy pants and dress shoes. He wears round glasses with thin frames, due to having sight issues. He likes to carry a bag around on his belt, usually filled with writing materials and school papers. If there are wardrobe changes it will be noted in the thread.

Personality: He is a neat individual and conservative individual and shows it through the way he dresses and organizes his work, he dresses sensibly and fashionably, but shows little skin. He arranges his desk orderly and puts any personal or revealing items in his desk or somewhere else out of sight. He is caring as he will incessantly and endlessly help his friends in any way he can, and sometimes baby them a little bit. This goes for his students as well, as he will help them with homework and walk them through lessons if necessary, and will almost always be available for help. He can be sheltering though and will lie to people for the sake of making sure they stay happy. He is rarely seen angry, and the times he is it seems more like stern disappointment. He rarely consumes alcohol and heavily opposes narcotics.

History: Evan was born to a middle class family that lived in Death City. His family had a history as weapons and were disappointed when their newest son didn't seem to possess weapon powers. So he grew up as an outcast in his family until the day they all discovered him wielding one of his siblings. It was quickly confirmed that the child was a meister and was put to training with his siblings/cousins. He trained for many years before he was finally old enough to attend the DWMA. He was a decent student, getting good grades and never missing a day. The only concern of the faculty was the fact that he wasn't very social, having few friends. And the ones he did have weren't the best ones, using him for homework help. The teacher's didn't complain though, as he excelled in any combat assignments. Before they knew it he was going on missions with a weapon partner (Named Horace) and was coming back with success after success. By his third year he was made a Two-star meister. By his last year he had completed 62 missions in total, and had only failed 2. This all changed though when he took a particularly dangerous contract, confident that him and his partner could do it, and they needed a witch's soul to make Horace a death scythe. Not-so-surprisingly, they failed. He only managed to last 10 seconds before the witch disarmed Evan and abducted his weapon partner, and shortly fleeing. He returned in a crushed state, becoming even more reserved and reclusive then before. He finished his year, recovering from the experience, and after his graduation ceremony he was given the title of Three Star Meister, and offered him a position at the Academy. He accepted and has been teaching at the Academy ever since, going on few missions and training occasionally. He's made a few friends and his only goal is to help them and to help his students become competent meisters, so they can survive in the field and make the world a better place.
