Need a friend, pal? (Not sure if open or...)

Ah the bar! An establishment full of mischief and magic, a place where deadbeats hang out with other deadbeats, where poor depressed souls could drink away their problems without being judged, where promiscuous folks could shamelessly flirt, and a place where dimwitted suckers gambled their life away during a game of cards. A place the Cipher Qui Maledicit absolutely loved! The blue eyed demon had just conned a foolish man out of all his money, and to celebrate, the demon bought everyone a round of drinks, yay him! Cipher was busy drinking his beverage while observing the happy crowd, the blonde monster was searching for his next victim. Cipher wanted to do something big,  sure he'd been making a bunch of deals tonight, but it was for little things like possessions, money, or lovemaking, he wanted to do something that would really give him a rush, he wanted to ruin a life or two tonight. I haven't destroyed someone's life in years, ah, I remember the last time I did so.., the demon started to reminisce about how he destroyed the life a common businessman, the poor bloke made a deal to help him make more money by getting himself acquainted with the mafia and in the end it cost him everything, his job, his friends, his family, and soon he took his own life.

Cipher let out a sigh, oh how he loved that feeling of control, Now all I have to do is find some poor soul that's down in their luck, Cipher thought with a giggle, Hopefully they're desperate enough to make a deal, and even though I might not be able to ruin their life in particular, I'd like to ruin a few through them, he thought, but with all these potential victims, who was going to be the lucky one to get to know the icey eyed demon?

Jason was sitting next to the icy eyed demon, ordering yet another round of drinks. He had gotten into a fight with some people earlier and as usual, he was drinking his pain away.
All I really want is for someone to accept me..
He mused drearily, drumming his fingers on the wooden overhang of the bar. Maybe there was somebody who could help him..

Cipher looked around the room casually until his hungry, icey blue eyes rested on Jason, a grin spreading across his face. He saw the miserable look on the meister's face and instantly knew he had to take this opportunity. "So, what's a young man like yourself doing sulking in a bar?~" Cipher asked, sitting next to the red headed male.

"Eh?" Jason started when Cipher spoke up, staring at the blonde. "Nothing."
He lied smoothly. For Jason, personal security was a big deal. He refused to expose anything to mere strangers.

Cipher gave Jason a charming smile "Oh, come on~" he chuckled "Am I really that intimidating to you, or are you just a little frosty box?~". Cipher summoned a sombrero decked out with flashy party decorations and placed it on Jason's head "Loosen up a bit, or else I might just get loose enough for the both of us" the demon snickered innocently, trying to come off as harmless.

He rolled his eyes, flipping the sombrero off of his head and watched it hit the floor. "None of the above." He replied icily, fiddling with his eyepatch string. Fiddling with his eyepatch was a nervous habit of his.

Cipher tilted his head "Oh come on..What's troubling you...Perhaps I can help you out~?" The demon said with friendly tone, trying to show Jason that he was trying to help out (or given the illusion that he was trying to help out).

"Just some arguments with people." He muttered. He didn't like the feeling he was getting from Cipher at all, and it made him slightly suspicious. He curled his hand back around his bottle of beer, tilting his head back and draining the rest of the bottle. "Who and what are you?" He asked flatly, his other hand raking through his hair in a weary sort of manner. He came to the bar to be alone, and the blonde next to him trying to pry into his personal life was not his definition of "alone"

The eyepatch wearing demon patted Jason's back when he said he had gotten into a fight "Yeah, fights can be rough, eh?" He chuckled. Cipher watched as the redhead downed the last of his beverage looked slightly surprised when asked who and what he was. Cipher gave Jason a huge grin "Cipher's the name~" he said with a small bow "and I'm just a concerned guy seeing a fellow patron down on his luck, and I'm willing to offer a solution to your problem~"

"I don't believe you, but let's hear it. what kind of a solution do you have that could possibly solve my problems?" Jason scoffed, frowning at Cipher.

Cipher chuckles at Jason "Well, sweetcheeks, I need to know what your problems are first before I can fix em~" he says, the demon then waits for Jason to tell him what he needed to know.

"Don't you dare call me sweetcheeks!" He snapped. "I told you that I'm lonely. Everyone hates me." He said in a softer tone, untying his eyepatch and staring at Cipher defiantly with his damaged eye. It had puffy white globs of scar tissue across his eye, and there was a few streaks of blood in his eye. "This is why most people hate me. I look like a monster." He growled.

Cipher snickered when Jason snapped at him, telling Cipher not to call him sweetcheeks. When Jason showed his damaged eye, Cipher looked at it unflinching "Well well, you and me are much alike~" he chuckled softly, the demon flipped up the square shaped eyepatch covering his eye, showing the blood red orb with the glowing yellow pentagram on it, "People already don't trust my shady appearance, when they see this they avoid me all together, they think I'm evil" he says, of course Cipher knew that being a demon would make him an embodiment of sin, but Jason didn't know that. "You seem like a swell kid, you deserve some friends, I'll get ya some~" Cipher said with a charming smile.

Jason bit his lip for a moment. "And how precisely would you do that? I doubt that you could help me, seeing as everyone thinks you're evil." He stated flatly. He neatly tied his eyepatch back on with a sigh.

Cipher makes a dramatically hurt expression "*Gasp* I am WOUNDED by your words, why, do you think I just got around flashing my eye at random strangers?.." Cipher gave Jason a wink "Besides, it's YOU that needs the friends, I don't have to show my face to get you some, I just have to arrange a few things~"

"What would you need in order to do so? Assuming that you require a deal or payment of some kind, of course. Oh, another round please." Jason said to the bartender, whom had paused at his stool. The young lady nodded and walked away. She soon came back with another bottle of beer and he cracked it open, taking a long sip of it with a refreshing sigh.

Cipher chuckled "Well, all I ask in return is a solid, thats all, perhaps one per friend, how about it?~" The blue eyed demon asked with a wide, sincere smile "And all I need to do so is time and your cooperation, buddy".

"Done." Jason said simply as he drained the last of his bottle.

Cipher smiled ear to ear before extending his hand towards Jason, it was engulfed in a golden colored flame, "It's a deal~" he said cheerfully as he waited for Jason to shake his hand.

Jason took his hand and shook it. "So how do we even start this whole getting me to not be alone thing?" He asked. He was still clearly a little wary about Cipher, but he had shaken on it so he wanted to know how the deal was going to work.

The instant Jason shook the demon's hand, the golden flames would burn a star surrounded by a circle on his hands, signifying he was bound to the deal, one was also burned onto Cipher's hand, but if course the blue eyed being enjoyed the pain. When that was done, Cipher rested his elbow on the counter and rested his chin on the hand "You just need to continue being your cute little self, I may need your help from time to time, but I got it mostly~" he said with a wink.

Jason bit his lip and dealt with the pain, keeping a straight face. "I want to be part of the deal. I don't do deals without myself being involved in it." He said firmly. When the mark finished burning into his skin, he blew on it gently. "Will this go away when we're through here?"

Cipher chuckled "Dont worry, it'll go away once each end of the deal has been fulfilled" the blue eyed demon said "And I suppose you can help with it a bit, but you don't need to stress over it too much, it's my end of the deal, meaning I'm responsible for it".

"Okay." Jason said grimly, taking a long swig of his beer. "I'm going home now." He stated, grabbing his leather jacket and throwing it on. He finished his beer and placed some money on the table. "If you do anything back handed to me at all, you will find the whole of the DWMA hunting for you. I swear on my mother's grave." He hissed. Without another word, he turned and walked towards the door of the bar, remarkably well considering how much alcohol was currently in his bloodstream.

After Jason started getting up, Cipher simply smiled at him saying "Okie Dokie~" when the red head said he was going home. When Jason threatened the blue eyed demon, a flirty grin spread across his face "Don't worry 'bout it...Sweetcheeks~<3" he said jokingly, trying to keep the mood light.
