Appearance: She is 1.78 meters tall, weighing 45 kilograms. Her face is described in the picture above, although she had put a lense on her left eye to make it a dark red. She wears a blacktop with the left sleeve cut shorter than the right, and the number 7 paintedin dark red, her skirt is black on 2 thirds, and white on the other, and is cut on the right side to be Asymmetrical, she wears a white sock on ther left foot, a dark red shoe on her right foot and a black on her left. She wears a black ring with a blue gem on her left hand, on her ring finger.

Personality: Rio has OCD, causing her to be obssessed with everything being asymmetrical, she cuts her clothes to be asymmetrical, and so, has a hatred of the human body, constantly trying to stretch some of her organs to be asymmetrical. She is somewhat depressed of her wavelength being so unstable and that she is unable to resonate with almost anyone. She also has some sort of madness, hearing voices in her head from time to time, telling her 'no one wants her' and that 'everybody abandoned her' usually, that developed because of her inabillity to resonate at a young age.

History: As a young girl, she began going to Shibusen around the age of 10, but, after 3 years, she was still meisterless, every time she tried to resonate with a weapon she failed, and after those years, she becmae lonely and depressed, and then madness started getting to her, which still carries in her until today. But one day, she met a weapon she was, somehow, able to resonate with, the weapon was a gunblade, but, after about a year, at a 3 star mission they foolishly took in, she was hardly injured, she began losing hope, and then, the madness started crawling in again, the voices in her head, and because of that, she lost control of herself, and they lost the mission, and the weapon nearly died, he rescued her, and they got to Shibusen safely, but, after that, he left her.

Rio left Shibusen after this, she started learning about hi-tech weapon mechanism, and began constructiing all sorts of those weapons, which she calls her 'partners'.

at the age of 20, she returned to Shibusen and began there again, this time as a teacher.

Miscellaneous: She has a really unstable soul wavelength, making it almost impossible to resonate with.
