In laymans terms, its a very, very, VERY advanced piece of technology. I highly doubt Inker himself knows this! Quantum Computing, Micro-Fabricators, Soul Jar Technology, Hammer Space technology, Quantum entanglement! I could study this thing for centuries and I would only scratch the surface!" He let out a giggle. "Amazing piece of work. And it goes a long way towards explaining WHY, based on the accounts collected of the Berlin incident, Inkers modus operandi seems to be exceptionally odd for a Kishin Egg. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say he has a master-control version of his rings, and there is a seventy percent chance that he obtained this 'master control ring' BEFORE becoming a Kishin Egg. Of course, this means very little, seeing as how the thing is so advanced, it would take centuries, even with my vast intellect, to come up with a proper countermeasure. However, theoretically, I CAN create a few derivative pieces of technology. However, I would need to isolate what mechanism of the ring produces madness."
