"Should have figured," Jay said, the notion seeming blindingly obvious now that it had been revealed. The two destination suggestions were both good choices in normal circumstances, but he felt like he'd be a little too distracted to really pay attention at a museum. Like a child, with a crush. He sighed at himself, and answered, moving towards the door. "The garden idea sounds more appealing right now."

"If you would like," she asserted, initially moving to lead before hesitating, stopping mid-stride to turn and offer her arm for him to take, so that they could loop them together. It was a small gesture, but out of character enough for her that it likely wouldn't go unnoticed.

"I've barely even began figuring you out," Jay said as he took her offer and looped his arm through her's as he moved past her. "It makes you irresistibly interesting, you know."
