Corvin Castle: Sombre and Rose

Corvin Castle, one of the grandest, oldest, most ornate and beautiful dwellings in all of Europe. Once open to the public, an obscenely rich buyer had apparently taken possession of the place. Sombre led rose across the massive bridge in his usual calm manner. "Right this way mrs. Anguish, you're new home awaits."

The castle was admittedly a thing to behold, and it reminded her on how privileged she was to living in such luxury. Most of those who drop out of the DWMA with practically know one to live off of are usually homeless, but lucky for Rose, Sombre came across her path and offered to lend his hand to help her achieve greatness! "I can't thank you enough..." She said, a bit out of her typical demeanor, seeming a bit more shy and reserved in the way she spoke her sentence as something was somewhat bothering her. She knew nothing of what to expect from this witch, besides her soul being offered up as caliteral, which mattered not to her as that was after death. But nevertheless, the question was indeed prying in her mind to the point where she just needed answers. "So tell me, is there an additional catch or something? Besides you eating my soul of course...no tricks right? You help me, and you have my soul after all this was over?"

"It is no trouble at all Madame, and no, that is all my service requires." As they reach the gates sombre frowns slightly "it would seem that something else has taken up residence here...."

Something else? What does he mean by something else... Naturally this worried Rose greatly, as the mere thought of someone...or something perhaps raiding such a high end estate made her feel insecure. If she's supposed to be staying with him in this house...she would like to feel a bit safer. "W-what is it!? What's here!?"

"Nothing to be worried about Madame, it is just... It feels rather old. It has likely languished here for quite some time." He says, opening the castle doors "we shall have to remove it, after that it will no doubt leave."

Remove what...REMOVE WHAT?! Her affiliate's vague remarks made her curious, but at the same time it began to frustrate her greatly. But, in an attempt to remain courteous and respectful of the witch, she stayed quiet, moving along inside without her guide, becoming weary of what he was actually referring to.

Sombre senses her frustration and walks into the foyer, remaining calm and collected "to be frank, I sense the presence of somebody, I do not know who, that is in the castle with us. He has been cursed by another witch so that we cannot see him and he cannot do anything to make his presence to us known. It is likely a rather pathetic existence. I beloved we should help him, then send him on his merry way, as he is now we can't remove him. He is intangible." He turns his head to rose "shall I do so now?"

Rose knew not how to address the situation, but regardless whether she said no or not, Sombre was probably going to set the prisoner free nevertheless. "I guess." she answered, roaming through the foyer for awhile longer before turning around to face Sombre. "Could you perhaps tell me a bit about this castle by any chance, like where I will be staying?"

"Of course Madame. Corvin castle was first built in 1446 under the orders of prince john hunyadi. It is of a gothic design, but includes a few obvious signs of the renaissance period as well, although this castle was not built for appearances. It is one of the strongest and most well fortified keeps of its time, meaning that once we build up a staff the castle will be defensible from strangers. It also includes a prison, several grand halls, and an armory. This castle is also considered the inspiration for the castle of Dracula in Brom Stokers famous novel Dracula, ironically it once was used as a prison for the man who inspired the vampire himself, vlad the impaler.
