Neutral witch and her idea (Open/Self RP)

It was a normal afternoon in Death City.
Chloe, the necromancer witch was returning her home which was located in abandoned district of the city. She was in company of her guards.
When they was about 5 kilometers from Chloe's home she heard some noise.
She decided to check what is happening. Not because she wanted to help. The witch was just curious.
Once they got there, into a small alley, Chloe and her people noticed a man with a black sword, dressed a bit like a ninja. He was fighting with two kishin eggs. The kishin eggs looked human, however, they had claws instead of fingers. In the end of the alley there were four little children. They had nowhere to run, because the alley was ended with a wall.
When Chloe took a closer look at the ninja, she realized that he had white, glowing eyes.
The witch knew him. She resurrected him a long time ago. She also threw a curse o him, that turned him into a teenager. His name was Osamu, however he often called himself "Shadow".

The alley was covered with shadows. Chloe knew that Osamu will use this fact to win.
The kishin eggs rushed at the ninja almost in the same moment. Exactly, almost.
When they were very close to Shadow, he used his special ability and teleported himself behind one of the kishin eggs and stabbed its back using the black sword.
The second kishin egg used the situation to attack the ninja.
However, Chloe decided to help the ninja and ordered: "Defend that ninja! Shoot the monster!"
Her guards took out their soul wavelenght guns, aimed them at the kishin egg and opened fire, killing "the monster" immediately.
After the fight, Shadow put his sword into a scabbard  that was on his back and Chloe's men put their guns into holsters.

Chloe walked over to Osamu with a smile and said:
"So that's what you do every day. I'm impressed"
"Why? Because I do what is good? Because I want to help? Because I want to protect everyone, who need help? You could do it too, you know? You have your army, your people." Shadow replied.
"Well...I've just saved your ass. At least you could say "Thank you", Mr.Imma Vigilate"
Shadow bowed slightly. "Thank you, then."
Chloe crossed her arms and started thinking about something.

Suddenly the children that Osamu was trying to protect approached them. They still seemed scared, but finally they said: "Thank you very much for saving us from those monsters. You're our heroes!"
Chloe's people smiled, Shadow looked at the children, but the witch stared at the children with surprised expression on her face.
Those children's thanks awoken something in her heart that seemed to be dead for a long time.
It was the satisfaction. Satisfaction, because she did something noble. She helpled protect children who were in danger.

Chloe smiled. "We..*Cough*.. Em..Dear children..Return to your parents and please be careful next time. This world is full of different dangers." The witch spoke.
The children nodded. One of them said. "Yes, we will remember!"
"Adam, Adrian, Magister, escort them to their parents." Chloe ordered.
"Bye, Bye!" The children exclaimed and walked away with those three guards.
Chloe was still standing in one place with her one guard and Osamu.

Shadow finally said. "Now you see, why I do this.."
"You know what? It's not that bad..Yes, I know what to do. I might move with my people to Europe. Of course I need to find a place for us to live, before I would do this. Hm..It would be great if we found an old medieval stronghold or something like this..Yeah..Then we would make it more modern.."
"Wait..Why do you need a stronghold to help people?" Shadow interrupted.
"To have a place to live, to make it into a HQ for a powerful organisation, that I'm going to create, to provide shelter for those in need.." The witch explained.
Shadow nodded. He liked Chloe's idea, but he wasn't going to say this.
He then returned into the shadows, bowed and teleported away.
"Yeah! It's a great idea!" Chloe said to herself, with a huge smile on her face.

It took a few days, but finally Chloe's scouts found an abandoned fortress located in the mountains in central Europe. The witch decided to take her most loyal people and get there.
It took her a day, but it was worth her time.
Once they arrived, they saw a beautiful, however devastated old fortress.

Chloe and her people walked through the main gate and stood on the main courtyard.
Her spymaster and two scouts approached them.
"Lady Carmen..Welcome!" The spymaster said.
"Hello, Malik. What can you tell me about this palce?" Chloe asked
"Well..It probably was a fortress that was built for the templar order. However, because the order has been detroyed, this place had been forgotten."
"Alright, enough. Later I'm going to read your report. This palce is 30 kilometers from the nearest village. Which gives us..18,6 miles. Okay..We will be buying supplies there...Malik! Bring here more people and order them to start repairing this place. We've got enough money so there shouldn't be a problem with modernizing the fortress. Hm..Firts thing. Buy materials, power generators and tools." The witch ordered.
Malik nodded. "As you wish... The scouts will show you the rest of the fortress."
The spymaster bowed and walked away.
Chloe followed the scouts. There was a lot of work..but Chloe was sure that everything will be fine.
