Hobbes: The Hobbesical. (Chase and Haq)

Calvin was sitting on the top stairs of the DWMA playing with Hobbes. Inside the bag of course, couldnt make people think he was crazy or something, playing with Hobbes and all. Calvin was actually preety bored, it was his free period, had nothing to do, and was stuck playing with Hobbes by himeslf. "Welp Hobbes, just you and me for-" Calvin started, but then Hobbes stopped him and said "Shhhh, evil is coming." Calvin just sighed. "No such thing a pure evil Hobbes."

At the same time Jasmin and Alicia were climbing the exact same stairs Calvin was sitting on, walking hand in hand, happy to finally be to able to attend the DWMA. It was their first day at the school, and the two had been shocked by the insane amount of stairs, but thankfully, the school staff took their luggage to their dorm room. Jasmin pulled a letter out of her skirt-pocket, just to check that she had read it right. Yes, the next thing they should do was to visit the Faculty Office, so the teachers would know they had arrived. Though, where the heck was said Office? Scratching her head worriedly, Jasmin didn't take notice of where she was treading. Alicia for that part, was eyeing the letter from Jasmin's shoulder, so it was the same with her. "Hey, Jasmin... now that I think about it... where is that Faculty Office? Is there a map? Jasmin sighed in response. "No clue... and no map either... are they kidding us?"

Calvin looked down the stairs a bit to see two twins walking up hand and hand. "Aww, look at them. Arent they precious?" Calvin told Hobbes. Hobbes looked over the bag at the two twins. "Nope, listen, Cav, you gotta look at everything. How many of them are their? Two. once they get a miester its going to be three. whats two time three? six. How many peopled did the kill? probably six. How long does it take to do their hair? Six minutes. 666, they are the definition of the devil." Hobbes explained to Calvin. "Hobbes, I already told you. No such thing as pure evil people. evil people were just, steered in the wrong direction. Thats all." Calvin told Hobbes. Still looking at the twins.

Not knowing that there was someone right in front of them, the girls did not stop, or even attempt an evasive Maneuver. They were still fretting about the letter and how they should find their way around.
"You know Blacky... maybe this is on purpose. Like, to make us socialize and talk to other students?" Jasmin looked up and into Alicias face. "That might actually be it. Such a pain... The trip coming here did take forever... My butt still hurts from all the sitting. And having to climb these stairs is just... unfair. I wanna shower." It was pretty unusual for Jasmin to be this whiny, which took her sister a little surprised. They were both so engrossed in their talking and nagging that they didn't notice the guy they were approaching rather quick. If no one stopped them, they'd be tripping over him in the course of the next few seconds.

Calvin was staring at the twins as they were still walking towards fast at him. "Do you think they see me? Maybe I should move? Or say hey?" Calvin asked Hobbes. Hobbes, being himself, said "Do you not know devils? If you dont move or talk, they cant take your soul. Jeez, Calvin you really need to read more books." Calvin just got narrowed eyed at Hobbes and stuffed him further down his back-pack and then zipped up his bag. "Hobbes, I really don't remember when you started acting like this." Calvin told Hobbes.

In the few seconds it took Calvin to talk to and stuff his tiger away, it had already been to late. With a rather loud and suprised yelp, the girls tumbled over him, knocking him over and giving him an avant-garde view of what was under their skirts. Once they were finished falling both girls picked themselves up while asking themselves over what they had tripped, only to find Calvin as the cause. And after a few seconds it finally came to them that he should have been able to... see. So the first thing that came from Jasmin wasn't an apology but rather an inquiry. "You... you didn't... what color are my panties?!" She shot the question at Calvin, hoping to take him by surprise and thus tricking him into answering honestly. Meanwhile Alicia was getting ready to punch him, should he answer correctly.

When Calvin feel backwards and saw what exactly happened, well, he saw something, but not exactly what made him fall backwards. Calvin face got immediately red. Why is it he always have such bad experinces with girls? First Franky, now these twins. and then their was that time with Beatrice... Calvin saw the girls get up and ask him what color was one of their panties. Rather quickly really, throwing Calvin off by alot. Calvin started looking left and right, trying to think of an answer quick. He heard Hobbes saying "LIE CAV LIE! FOR CHRIST SAKE THEY ARE GOING TO EAT YOUR SOUL!" And Calvin decided to go with the easiest answer. "You weren't wearing any!" Calvin blubbered out. Calvin then mentally slapped himself. "fucking dumb-ass." He heard Hobbes mumble from his bag.

The girls were dumbfounded. The guy didn't just see their panties... he had even imagined them without. At least that was, what the two of them were thinking. Transforming her right arm into a gunblade, Alicia began to approach Calvin, firing off an immense aura of bloodthirst. "You're dead!" Jasmin did nothing of the sort, she just stared with at Calvin with disgust in her eyes. "Pervert." Her voice carried an undeniable tone of seriousness. Though something in her eyes was sparkling. Her wavelength didn't contain bloodthirst... it was something much more cruel and dark. To make long matters short... Calvin had to do something rather quick.

Calvin got up and put his hands up. "Whoa, Lets be civil here. Don't you need help with something? You new here? Lets make a deal. You dont kill me, I help you with, whatever you're trying to do." Calvin then heard Hobbes mumble "Just, tackle them. If you're going to die today, might as well see the bra too." Calvin just kicked his bag over to try and shut Hobbes up. "I don't need your shit today, Hobbes." Calvin mumbled under his breath.

Alicia was still approaching Calvin but Jasmin stopped her. "Wait, Alicia... She recognized that the offer wasn't half bad, because killing someone on their first day would look suspicious. She then turned her still cruel gaze back to Calvin, her voice leaving no room for negotiation. "Fine... killing you would only mean trouble for us at the moment. But there's one more thing..." She approached him rather fast, while transforming her left arm, just like Alicia did with her right. Speaking of Alicia, she had meanwhile turned her arm back to normal and approached the bagpack, curious why Calvin had kicked it. While she went and picked it up, Jasmin had placed the tip of her gunblade on Calvin's cheek. "You better forget everything you saw... or your head might have to grow it's own legs to move, understood?" At that moment, Alicia called out to her. "Hey sis, look at this, he's carrying a stuffed toy! Weeeiiirrrddd~"

Calvin got immediately got narrow eyed and pushed the gun blade off his cheek with the back hand. "Uh-huh whatever, um miss, I would really appreciate it if you would give me back the bag." Calvin told the girl who had his bag. "Calvin. My life is flashing before my eyes. I mean, a lot of it is darkness in the closet. But, I don't think my life was successful enough. Please, don't let them take my soul." Hobbes said, very slow and carefully.

Seeing her threat being ignored was something new to Jasmin, it took her by surprise, then angered her. And finally, she just didn't care enough, the guy was interesting, but not interesting enough to make any big schemes around him. Instead she heeded her sisters call and walked over, turning her arm back to normal. Then burst into laughter at the sight of the stuffed tiger. Alicia quickly caught on and giggled herself. "Okay, okay... here you go. We already made enough of a fuss...." Alicia tossed him the bagpack. "...and we wouldn't want someone seeing a pervert going after two young ladies' panties, right? We kind of have to get to the faculty office, mind taking us there?" Of course, the last part was rhethorical question. Jasmin was obviously expecting him to keep his end of the deal, just as they did.

Calvin took his bag and look inside it. Hobbes was basically passed out from all the "scariness". If thats a word. "Yeah, sure, right this way!" Calvin said, all excited for no reason. Calvin then took long steps towards the doors of the DWMA. "Just right through these doors to the left, and all of your troubles will be gone!" Calvin told the two girls, opening the doors for them and signalling for them to go through the door.

They didn't knew why he was this energetic all of a sudden but they still followed him through the door he held open. "At least he knows how to be a gentleman." Alicia nodded in agreement and together the two made their way to the faculty office to the left, waiting a few moments for Calvin to catch up to them. Before knocking though they noticed something. They didn't knew their new servants name. Alicia turned to face Calvin. "You know, we didn't quite catch your name earlier, mind telling us?" Jasmin just had too add something. "You see, we'll have to know those things, for when we're in need of your assistance again." The cheerful and innocent smiles the both them showed him couldn't be good.

Calvin pulled Hobbes more to the top of his bag, then zipped it up. When he walked up behind the girls he heard one of the twins ask for his name. "Are you trying to make a slave of me?" Calvin asked them, smiling. "The name is Calvin Hobbes. The greatest, nicest, person in the DWMA, nice to meet you." Calvin told the twins. "Whats yours?"

The girls were a little impressed that Calvin hadn't run away yet, which raised Calvin's standing in their eyes a bit, as he had pretty much cleared the hurdle of not being scared of them, for the moment at least. The black-haired twin gave him another smile of questionable nature and replied. "You're laying it on thick for a pervert, huh? Anyway, my name is Jasmin and..." This time it was the blonde-haired girls' turn to smile. "... and my name is Alicia. Alicia Rheyland. And you might have already guessed it, but we're twins. So... what are you? Meister? Weapon? Something else?" Jasmin had meanwhile knocked on the faculty offices' door and was waiting for someone to show up.

Calvin got a questiond look on his face. "I'm the pervert? Wasnt it you two who tiped over me?" Calvin asked. He then smiled and nodded at Alicia. "I am, a Miester. One of the greatest Miesters ever." Calvin then looked down at then back at Alicia. "Okay, maybe not the greatest, and not one of the greatest. But I think i'm pretty decent. "What about you two?" Calvin asked the two of them. Then he heard Hobbes starting to thrash around in his sleep. "Devil....Twins.......Evil." Calvin heard Hobbes mumble. "Even in his sleep he's still paranoid." Calvin thought to himself.

Calvin implying the girls being perverts obviously disgruntled them. If stares could kill, Clavin would be burning on the pole right about now. The girls also nearly burst out laughing when he mentioned being the greatest meister ever. At this moment, the faculty offices door opened and some generic teacher appeared, asking what he could do for them. Jasmin went on and explained to the teacher why they were here. Alicia on the other hand continued the conversation with Calvin. "Us? We're weapons. Twin weapons to be exact, as you might have noticed earlier. Intended to be dual wielded. Though... it's not that easy to find a capable meister... because of.. complications." Alicia paused here and there, stopping herself from saying too much. He didn't really need to know that the two of them had driven every of their past wielders mad.

"Hey! You guys are pretty good at that!" Calvin pointed out, at the same time pointing between the two of them. On the outside, he seemed he was not fazed one bit on the outside, but on the inside, he was once again scared for his soul. "Its almost as bad as Beatrice. Only, instead of killing each other, they killed their parents. WAIT! I GOT IT! THE KILLED MIESTERS BEFORE! ITS A TRAP! RUN! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!" Hobbes yelled at the top of his lungs. Calvin just sighed and looked at Jasmin talking to the "Generic Teacher"

"Good at what?" Alicia inquired in turn, crossing her arms in front of her chest, quite irritated that the guy had immediately lost interest in her stare. Which only served to her emitting an even deadlier gaze, paired with a quite aggressive wavelength any decent meister should be able to feel. Jasmin continued to talk with the rather elderly teacher, until she suddenly pointed at Calvin with a rather shocked expression on her face. "You mean... HIM?! You're kidding right?! That guy is supposed to be our meister?! I mean he doesn't seem half bad, apart from being a pervert, but how in the world would you know if we're compatible or, even if we are, if he could stand the strain?" Jasmin was angry, but at the last part, something else rang with her voice... something... like maybe, worry or concern? The old teacher raised his arms, trying to calm Jasmin down, so he could explain things, but she went on with her making a ruckus. "Didn't you get the Memo?! We're not your usual run-of-the-mill weapons who can partner with just anyone, even if we wanted! What do you think is going to happen to him if he can't handle us, huh?!" As much as it pained Alicia to end her stare, she had to stop her sister, who had been out of her usual behavior for a few days now, probably due to the stress of all the new things and them starting to attend the DWMA. It was like their roles were reversed, as usually Alicia would be the one to be yelling. But as she made to her sister...

Calvin coughed at the sight of Alicia staring at him. "Y'know, the staring thing." Calvin was really thinking about walking off, never seeing them again. That is, until he heard he was partnered with them. "Wait, What? I can't be partnered with them. Not like they're lovely little things, but, they already sexualy assaulted me. Maybe, they should be paired up with, i don't know, another mister. And, I'm not a pervert!" Calvin said, directing that last part at Alicia.

The girls, especially Jasmin, had wanted to continue the "discussion" but being accused of sexual assault, while it had been obviously Calvin's fault, shut them up. Though not entirely out of surprise, but more than out of anger. They both yelled simultaeniously. "WE DID WHAT?!" Jasmin continued. "That was clearly YOUR fault! We just tripped over you?! Why were you even sitting in a place intended as a walkway?! And don't tell me you didn't see us coming! You kept quiet and waited for your chance! Not to mention your clearly obviously perverted fantasies. Also... It was me who called you for what you are, not my sister." Jasmin said the last part as if taking credit for it. Alicia, meanwhile, had lost interest in talking and had taken action, by transforming her arm into weapon-mode. "I don't care anymore, I'm just gonna end you right now..."
But before she could fulfill her promise, which she certainly would have, another, younger teacher popped out of the faculty room and placed himself in between the fighting parties. "Okay, okay, okay, that's enough you people! Ladies, cool down a bit, I bet that was misunderstanding, no need to kill him off yet. Mister, perhaps you should listen to why exactly you're partnered with them first, before refusing. You see, there are some unusual circumstances involved here. Everyone agrees?"
The teacher sounded friendly, but his tone left a taste of no-denial. It was just then that girls noticed him being the teacher who had visited them, inviting them to the academy.

Calvin raised his hand. "Who whoa whoa, I guess everybody is at fault here. Their were sexual harassment on both sides, espically yours, but whatever." Calvin said, "I was just looking for something in my bag." Calvin then saw a random teacher come out of nowhere and try to explain the situation to Calvin."Unusual circumstances? Like what? They suddenly go mental? They turn to wolves after midnight?" Calvin asked. "They are mad, like, REALLY mad. Like, they can just turn at any second. My guess." Hobbes said. Calvin took of his bag and held it in one hand, making sure it hit the ground hard. "He has no idea what he is talking about."

The girls gave up and calmed down, they could enact their revenge some other time. The teacher nodded statisfied and was about to explain the whole thing to Calvin when he stopped himself. "Maybe you two want to explain that yourselves?" The thought of doing so was displeasing to them, but they had no other choice if Calvin had already been partnered to them.
So, Jasmin took a deep breath and starting talking calm again. "Okay..  but first, about that whole thing at the stairs... we'll sort that out later okay? Phew.. So, listen carefully, I don't want to explain twice, okay? First off, we're twin-weapons meant to be double-wielded which places a certain amount of stress on the meister. Furthermore, we each have to collect 99 Kishin Eggs and a witch for each of us, meaning doubling the effort of turning us into death-scythes. But that's not all that bad. The really annoying thing is that we kinda had a shitty past and uh... that kinda affected our wavelengths... meaning.. that if someone wields us for too long without proper training or innate ability, he or she, well.. goes bat-shit-insane and ends up as a giggling sack of meat. We already had the experience, so this is for certain. Apparently it's called a "Madness-Infection Wavelength" or something to that matter. So, yeah it's out. Do whatever you wish and run away like all the others."
Jasmin had explained calmly, but the last part came with a bitter undertone. Alicia had listened and nodded at the important parts, having ceased showing any signs of hostility for the moment, her expression changing to something resembling what Jasmin's voice had carried at the last part.
The teacher, seeing that Jasmin had finished took it up on himself to speak up again.
"So, I guess after hearing all that, you certainly have the right to refuse, but I think not even trying wouldn't be the right thing to do. So what do you think?"
After he had finished, the girls looked up at Calvin, awaiting his response.

Calvin stared at the twins itensly while they explained their situation. Nodding along while they explained, it seemed like Calvin was really, trully listining. But in all actuality, he had no idea what was going on. He got some main parts like, "Bat-shit-insane, and "Madness-Infection Wavelength. But thats about it. Hobbes on the other hand, was flipping his shit because he was happy he was right, but also terrified he was right. "I WAS RIGHT! They are mad, mad, twins. They will kill you if you dont pay close attention. Just say no and walk away so we can go ea-" But before Hobbes could finish saying what he wanted to say, Calvin just blurted his answer out. "Run away? I have never dont that in my life! (well, except the whole, running away from home thing.) But, if you would have me, I would love to become your Miester." Calvin said, bowing. After a while, he suddenly thought of something, something that should have been his first thought. "Wait, I just dont understand one thing, Sir. Why was I partnered up with them? Shouldn't you partner them up with somebody who can take, all the whatever she just said? Like, somebody who can compress it or something?" Calvin asked the Teacher that The Twins, to him at least, obviously knew.
