Appearance:
He has a thin face, with well-cared-for blond hair parted to the sides of his face, straight down the middle. His eyes are almost always lazily partially-open, and their color is of a soft hue of green that detracts from the overall sternness that his face usually has pasted firmly onto it. His skin tone is moderately normal, and is smooth, due to his pampered existence.

He reserves a special snotty, uptight look for anyone that he deems worthy of it: mostly people he's seen be mean to other people, or have ignored someone that needed help. For most other people, however, he houses an 'I don't really care' expression, with a glazed look in his eyes. Rarely does he smile, because he is usually surrounded by people, but when alone with friends, he loses most of his stern, uptight manner and gains a lighter expression in his eyes.

He dresses in a long-sleeved button-up shirt, a vest over this, and one of his many bowties. He also wears dress-pants, attempting to strike an impression of a sophisticated person. His favorite outfit for daily life is a white shirt with a brown vest and black dress pants, fit with his favorite red bowtie; and of course his fancy shoes. On missions, however, he dons a black dress shirt, black vest, black overcoat, black shoes, black pants, black bowtie, and, if it is particularly cold where he is going, a large, extremely thick fur coat that trails to his knees (gee, I wonder what color the coat is...). He dresses in black mostly because he thinks that it will make him harder to see at night or in the dark, if he should ever need to be stealthy (though, he knows that ninjas typically dressed in navy).

Walking with near-perfect posture all of the time, he looks like an important person. His 6'2" height puts him above most people, being only a bit taller than average. If he sees someone he particularly dispises, he will put his chin up a bit, and his face will grow sterner, putting on the snobby look mentioned earlier.

Personality:
He is very intelligent. He is clever and a good problem solver, he simply needs time to think sometimes. He is an expert at analyzing a situation and deciding what best to do about it, usually thinking up a detailed plan before anything special that he does. He has an excellent vocabulary, and likes to show off his 'big-boy words' when around people other than his friends. He doesn't like people that much, especially when there is a long congregation of them in one place, because they usually get ideas, if they are some of the more disgusting types. His philosophy is that people are disgusting and vile, but persons, on the other hand, by themselves are reasonable most of the time. He still does not like meeting new people, because he says that the odds show that they will most likely have more faults than they are worth, and generally sticks close to his friends.

He isn't a very social person, anyway, usually delving into books, and being a prime example of an excellent illustrator: he shows expert control of a pencil, and is pretty good at sketching with a pen (Painting, however, is his downfall). He usually takes on a more demented, cartoonish style, using wacky lines and awkward shape transitions to create an interesting image--simply because he thinks that it looks better that way. He enjoys spending time alone with only his thoughts and some form of entertainment, often walking to secluded areas outside of town so that nobody bothers him until he is finished with his solitary session.

He doesn't like it when people touch his hair, often becoming overly angry when it is bumped. He will flat out refuse to go swimming if he doesn't have a mirror and a comb with him, and has to be forced by somebody else if he needs to swim in any situation. He says that this is only because of his hair, but in reality, he has a minor case of aquaphobia, afraid to enter water deeper than he is high, though he is an okay swimmer. He won't let anyone except for his closest friends know, though, because he wants people to view him as a very respectable person (Even though he'd most likely be no less respectable to them if the phobia was thrown into the mix).

He is sort of mischievous, but stifles most of his urges to cause trouble in order to maintain the aspect of a nice, respectable man that he has left in most people's minds. Occasionally, though, he does something mischievous--making sure to let nobody know that he had done anything wrong. He has recently found an outlet, though--and that is going on missions to fight people. He chiefly enjoys messing up peoples' day, and maiming or killing them without any guilt is a prime example of how he can do this without causing harm to anyone innocent, or letting anybody see the tricky side of him.

History:
Growing up in a wealthy family, Aidan had always been a very pampered child, getting basically everything he wanted when he wanted it. He had been taught to regard most people as disgusting, because they could never be as good as somebody with Hawk blood, and his parents had assigned him a private tutor rather than sending him to any school. He, however, didn't think that this was true, and, at the young age of ten, when his parents had left him with an inattentive sitter, snuck away to try and play with some of the poor children. However, he had chosen just the wrong batch, for they were not only bullies but kids who despised the Hawks. They beat him up pretty bad, and, snickering, walked away, leaving him there. He later returned to a frantic sitter who patched him up (and, of course, got fired after Aidan's parents found out).

After that incident, Aidan has always been very cautious about who he meets. He stayed as he had the first ten years of his life for a good long while after that--without talking to anybody except for his family, living an almost completely sheltered life. He never felt that his parents liked him much after that--they took a drastic change in their opinion toward him, usually choosing to avoid him, but still providing him with what he wanted.

But then, he heard from somebody, somewhere, by chance, about Shibusen Academy, and about Weapons and Meisters. Thinking that it would be an interesting occupation, as soon as he was allowed to get out of the house (The age of fifteen), he found somebody to help him train on using various weapons. For two years, he secretly stole away to his weapons-teacher's place, training hard to make sure that he could get in. Then, he sent a letter to Shibusen, requesting to be put into the academy as a meister.

Once he had gotten the letter of acceptance, he packed his bags, and, using his large allowance, and only muttering a quick goodbye to his mother, who knew nothing of what he was doing, he headed out to make his way to Death City.
