The Beginning of A New Era. (Open)

A tall rugged figure stumbled into the dark streets of Death City. As the figure neared a close by street lamp. Not only was this man shirtless and his remaining clothes torn to shit, he sported a bushy black beard that seemed to have been shaved in months, but his torso has extremely chewed up, slashes across his chests and arms, but also had all his fingers and his left hand mangled, revealing his dark colored bones. As he approached the light, a flash appeared from below the fingers on his right hand, only to be black metal claws emerging from in between his fingers. The man stumbled forward, falling to the ground, unconscious.

(OOC: Ok, so I JUST started writing this after you wrote "novel of a post".... Yeah....)

Kidd was walking down the street with Daisy, just trying to have a nice romantic walk with Daisy. It's been a whole since they'd spent time together, and Kidd wanted to make up for that. After taking her out to dinner, buying her more flowers, and saying a bunch of sappy love song material, he took her out for a walk. Hand in hand, Kidd led her down the scariest and darkest looking street, trying to showcase his manliness for Daisy.

"Boy.... It's real...." Kidd looked at Daisy and blushed a little, looking away, "Legendary...." He said smiling. He still got that icky feeling known as butterflies in his tummy and still wasn't sure of how to handle it.

A sorcerer who looked dressed like a preist with dark robes and a hood on, sighed. It looked like another guy had passed out at his feet, a suprisingly common occurance when you are in a desert and the only water for miles is in it's pipes. He kneeled over and examined his wounds before checking his sandlebag for some misalanious bandages. He started wrapping his wounds up before he noticed the couple going down the street.

"If you could help me quell this man's blood loss before he succumbs to his wounds I am sure he would be greatfull." He sure diden't look very trustworthy, his robes ended in tears and he had his hood on. Anyone with soul perception could see he was a sourcerer, and he delivered that line with as much contempt as he could before the audible sound would feel like it was stabbing you in the ears.

Edward looked at the bejewled broadsword on his back, tonight he and his weapon partner were supposed to be hunting for Kishen eggs. Oh well... it's not like Trinity would mind him helping this man.

Addy couldn't help but find herself curious. After all, it was not often that someone simply stumbled into Death City. Especially someone so outwardly strange. Her eyes almost sparked green under the lamplight, and she twisted a golden curl around her finger, saying nothing, and watching for the others.

Daisy had both of her arms wrapped around kidds arm. She was wearing a pretty sundress covered in butterflies, and her beautiful blonde hair was in a long thick braid that touched her lower back. She had thoroughly enjoyed her date with Kidd, and was glad that they were able to balance out romance and being a meister and weapon partner. When Kidd said legendary Daisy giggled and replied, "Just like you!"

Callum attached the man trying to assist him. He ripped the bandages off of himself, revealing some of the cuts were gone, and others were slowly closing up. Callum straighter himself up, the muscles of his mangled fingers very slowly reforming around his bones. "I don't need help I can....... *huff* Handle this myself." He quickly retracted his claws, and grabbed his head, walking away.

Kidd smiled at what Daisy had said and laughed. "You already know I'm the greatest that's ever lived." He said, blushing a bit as he looked over at her. Leading her down, he decided it would be time to go back home soon. That was just a thought anyway. Kidd noticed a man in robes, and another man that looked like he could be dead laying on the ground. Just then, he saw the man get up and saw all the wounds he had heal up in a short moment.

Kidd gaped at this guy, not knowing how to react to the at situation at hand. Did this guys body just repair itself? IN A MATTER OF SECONDS?! Kidd stared at the man in amazement for a moment before speaking. "Whoa, whoa, WHOA!" He shouted, excited at what he had seen. "Bruh, how'd you do that?!" Kidd asked him, running up to him with a grin on his face. Kidd cleared his throat, remembering Daisy was still there. "I mean, do you need any help?" Kidd said, regaining his composure. He couldn't afford to look like an excited little kid in front of Daisy and some strangers, it just wouldn't be a good look for The Legend.

"That was amazing..." Daisy whispered to Kidd. "It's kinda like my healing song!" She added. Daisy stayed a step behind Kidd out of habit, she didn't like taking the lead. "I bet he was helped by fariries too!" She said calmly, like it made perfect sense.

Edward stood up with him and scowled. "Miraculus healing factor aside where did you get those wounds?" He asked in more of an order than a question. He pushed the onlooker Kid aside, he was more important. He decided.

Callum smiled at the man thay tried to help him. "Yeah. I don't think that's really any of your business." Callum put up his hand, extending the middle claw from his hand, flipping the sorcerer off. "So do me a solid and fuck off would ya? I'm fine can't ha see? Regardless, I wouldn't have told you anyway."

Edward dashed infront of him his footsteps barly making a sound, and his robes fluttering in the wind. "Well that's were your wrong, I am hunting Kishen eggs right now and with those claws and accelerated healing you fit the bill." He rested his hand on Trinity, who was slung across his back. "So tell me where you got those injury's... freind."

"Once again, that's none off your business. I plan on taking out that kishin myself." Callum said, extended the other 5 of his claws. "I suggest we part ways as strangers before you set me off for hood." Callum walked up to the sorcerer, standing about five feet in front of him, his fingers now completely reformed, all his wounds healed at this point. His pointed the claws on his right hand at Edward. "Sound good?"

Kidd decided to intervene on these two fools who already wanted to fight after just a few minutes of meeting each other. "Whoa there," Kidd put his hand on the sorcerer's shoulder, "If he was a Kishin Egg, don't you think he woulda tried to attack us by now?" Kidd said, frowning in disapproval at this lad's aggressiveness. "You're out to fight the Kishin, too?" Kidd asked, respecting the man. "That's.... A brave idea." Kidd said, actually feeling frightened for once. Kidd grit his teeth and tightened his grip around Daisy's hand, not realizing that he was doing so. What was this feeling he felt surge through him? Kidd couldn't wrap his head around it, and hated it.

"Listen kid, I'm not gonna take a swing at you or your girlfriend over there, so lower your guard." Callum cracked his neck a few times, and stretched his arms. "This guy, on the other hand, I'm really starting to have seconds thoughts about."

Daisy blinked in surprise. "Why would he hit me?" She said sweetly batting her eyelashes. "I say let em have at it. I can be the referee!" Daisy said hopping up and down.

"Maby he hasen't attacked yet becalse he knows a sourcerer when he see's one." Edward muttered under his breath.

"Well then it looks like I'm coming with you. If only to verify that the peaple who attacked you are Kishen and to take them out." He took his hand off of Trinity's hilt and walked forward in the direction that Callum was going.

Callum walked back to Edward, and got right up in his face. "I'm tired of your shot man. You have 10 words. 10 words to tell me why I shouldn't send my claws 6 inches into your fucking skull." Callum extended his claws out more, and held them back behind him, pointed right at the sorcerer' s head. "Go."

Addy smirked, raising her fingers with each word as she spoke, "I know what you are, and I can help you." she wiggled her fingers with a smile, "That a good ten words?"

The priest sprouted angelic wings and flew over to the roof of a near bye building. "Thou shalt not kill." He said from the unreachable edge. He did not hear her.

"I don't need help." Callum scarfed, and directed his attention to Addy. He realized he was a bigger deal to people here then he was back home. Everyone seemed to be..... Interested in him. "I need people to get of ny hair so I can get on my merry way." He said, a scowl still stretched across his dirtied face.

Kidd escaped his dazed moment and responded to all the actions that had been taking place. "I'd kill you," Kidd shouted at the sorcerer, "Regardless of whether you were a sorcerer or not. You dumbass. You don't disrespect THE Legend like that, you don't disrespect him at all." Kidd said. "And you." Kidd said, pointing at Addy, "Of course you know what I am, I'm The Greatest That's Ever Lived. Here's my autograph." Kidd handed her an autograph and winked at her. This feeling that he couldn't explain still lingered.... But he didn't know how to explain what it was. Could it be what people call fear? Nonsense. Kidd had never feared anyone in his life, and he sure as hell wasn't going to fear the Kishin.

"I'm not tryna fight you bruh." Kidd smiled at Callum, "I'd rather be a friend than a foe." Kidd meant this sincerely. Somebody that dreamed of something as if as taking on the Kishin was surely worth acknowledging. Kidd was a firm believer in anything is possible.

Addy couldn't help but laugh directly at "the legend", tossing the autograph aside, "Be bitter if you must, but you'll come to see you need my help. I'm sure you could find me easily." She waved her hand, and went on about her way. She had no time to waste on convincing others she was "worthy" when she knew what she was capable of.

Edward watched, who was this woman? What did she want, why did she want to help him? Does she know this crazy man? All there is to do is wait and see.

Daisy picked up the fallen autograph and dusted it off. She slipped in her satchel, next to her two other souls she hasn't eaten. They were way to cute to eat! "Don't throw away kidds autograph!" She hollared at the lady walking away.

Callum redirected his attention to Edward. He had a quick flashback to his earlier days in the 1800's. The church that he'd gone to, Edgerock Catholic Memorial Church, the pasture was speaking of Lord Death and the blessings he had given to us, his children. Edward reminded him of the minister. A thorn in his side. "Now, where was I? I will leave and you will never see me again, kapeesh?" Callum's neck stiffened, as his claws slowly extended out. He had enough of this guy's bullshit.
