Swaying Kotori (Open)

The point of this thread is to do one of three things: Escort the witch Kotori to the Death Room, Convince the witch Kotori to study under your witch character, or KILL the witch Kotori for her soul. Yes, that's right. For this thread only I give permission to kill the young witch. My only requirement is at least on paragraph per post. That's five sentances or more. Happy fighting! ~Angel

Kotori walked the streets of Death City alon. Her old tattered bag upon her back, she wore her purple dress with her hat, sitting crooked, on her head. She had recently found a pair of black flats which she had on her feet. As she walked, the black pointe hat flew from her head with a gust of wind, revealing her shoulder length, raven hair. Gasping the child turned around and ran after the hat, only to find it out of reach in a tree.

Kotori looked up and smiled. "Yay for trees!" She cheered happily before chanting a few words. "Bluejay, Robbin, Bluejay, Blackbird." Focusing hard, the hat pulled itself from between the branches and placed itself back atop her head gently. Magic is hard... She thought, sitting on the curb.

A loud crash could immediately be heard as a large burly black shadow then collapsed through the tree in question shortly after the girl had extracted her hat with the use of ... something. Typhon wasn't quite sure, but to his adrenaline-addled and possibly completely mentally unhinged mind that looked like magic. Of course, he'd have to worry about that later, considering he was about to and eventually did crash face-first into a bunch of branches before plummeting on his back into the ground below.

"Owwwwwwww!! Today is NOT my day!" He curses mentally, whilst letting a vocal complaint that was definitely more kosher in the public, before sitting up and brushing whatever debris he had collected from his fall from heaven. All the while, a burning comet of iron and fire rained down and crashed several miles off, ruining a few homes in the process. With that, he decided it was now an appropriate time, getting off his fat ass, to approach the girl who appeared to be a native to this city (after all, it was such a bizarre city he could barely navigate it).

"Pardon me, little miss. But I seem to have lost my ride and am completely lost, can you tell me where I am right now?" He inquires with an uncharacteristic genteel smile and warmth, after all ... he was very well legitimately lost, and it would do no good to scare the little girl. So, he wisely kept his distance, for he was a towering bulk of a man, but not so much as to seem distant, and also got down on a knee to avoid the whole height issue and forcing the poor girl to look up to speak with him. So for now, until he sorted out his thoughts and found his bearings, he'd play the part of a kindly gentleman, befuddled. That this little girl was a witch, then was a secondary concern until he had his business sorted and THEN he would deal with that little matter.

Those two weren't the only people in this area of the city on this particular night, as Caligo also made her way down the empty road. She had been the street opposite at the time, lost in the reaches of her own mind when the large crashing sound snapped her out of it and back to reality. For a second she was almost convinced it was just her mind playing tricks on her until she heard a man's voice complain about his day.

Cali stopped her walking and turned her head to face in the direction from where the noise originated from. Interested in what could have possibly caused someone to crash through a collection of tree branches this late, she entered a small alley to the left that connected the two streets together and quietly made her way down it. Emerging on the other side, Caligo casually stepped out and shifted just to the right in order to lean on the building beside her.

She peered at the man and the girl with concealed confusion present on her face. What was going on? Time would show it to her eventually, and no doubt the man's friendly attitude would be enough to lure the girl into revealing her purpose here. For now though she'd just remain silent and observe. Pulling a random card out of her inside pocket, Cali began to play with it idly as she dipped her head down and crossed her legs. Maybe something interesting would come of this rather bizarre situation.

Suddenly a crow flew infront of Kotori, then turned into a human, Chaos emerging.  His outfit was normal, white hair, his purple cloak forming a cape behind him, the two parts shooting form his shoulders with the three eyeball drawings, the outside was grey and the inside was a dark purple,and a gold neck piece. His arm sleeves where black, with gold braces at the wrist, and a bit of fabric like a triangle on the back of his hand. A purple cloth from his waist to his knees, held by a loose fitting gold and purple belt. He has black pants with gold bracers on the thighs. Also gold and black boots. His eyes were like curves, and he was smiling as usual. He turned towards the girl, who had used magic. "You know you should have your soul protect on little one." He whispered as a crow landed on his shoulder. He sat down next to her. "A miester may try to kill you yah know." He whispered again.

"Kotori! Kotori!" Messae cried. It was only earlier today that she went out of her way to actually check up on her, but to her great dismay, the witch was nowhere to be found. Assuming the worse, she instantly decided to search high in low of Death City to make sure she wasn't dead, or kidnapped...or....Dead.... That wasn't something she wanted to think about...it was best to stop making assumptions. But after quite of bit exploring, all her fears were tossed out the the window when she spotted Kotori, but her fears were reignited when she saw her with some strange man...."KOTORI!" She yelled loudly. Taking no time to approach the witch and hugging her tight as if a mother would do for her own child. She glanced back at Typhon glaring at him with no signs of trust in her eyes. "Kotori...You know you shouldn't be talking to strangers...may I ask who you are?"

Kotori was shocked when a man crashedby her and eventually ended up asking her where they were. "A city, silly person." was her answer, followed by a giggle as a crow became a man infront of her. He questioned her use of magic. She turned her atention to him for a moment, giving another naive answer. "Soul what? Is that some kind of magic?"

Quite happy with herself for making new friends, she was overjoyed when she saw a familiar face running towards her. "Hi Messea!' She giggled as she was hugged. "They aren't strangers! They're..." It was then Kotori realized, they WERE strangers. "Hey misters? What're your names?" She asked.

A sweat drop formed on his head at the man who just crashed, and the girl not knowing soul protect. He turned towards her answering her question. "Soul protect is a spell that makes your witch soul look like a human soul, though you cann't use spells whiles it's active, it help with avoiding miesters, weapon, or kishin hunting you. It's especially important here, this is where the headquarters of those miesters and weapons are. Some may ignore you since you are a child, but other won't really care." He said informing her with her answer and why she would need it. He noticed the new person walk in worried.

"I am Chaos." He said with a bow. He leaned towards the child. "Does she know about you being a witch?" he asked.

(If she says yes)
"I am to assume you are this child's mother? Well she seems to be wandering the streets alone, so I came to check up on her, not many children around here do that." As he walked over he whispered in her ear. "You may want to find someone to teach your child soul protect, it could help alot."

(If she says no)
