Weapon Searching (WEAPON FOUND, DELETE)

Dexter Sable sat at the top of "The Great Stairs" of the DWMA, his dark sunglasses leaving no trace of the "eyes" underneath. "I'll do it today! I swear! I'm going to get my self a weapon!" He tried to convince himself, "but how do I do that without taking off my glasses? I'm such a freak..." He muttered to himself while beginning to stand up. His bare foot stepped on something sharp on the ground and he fell over again. "I can't even talk to people normally! I'll never get a weapon..." He said out loud.

Jocelyn's heavy military boots stomped loudly up the steps of the DWMA. The American Flag bandanna clearly noticeable across her eyes. She had books and other utensils under her arm for the student she would be training with for the day. Her blindness wasn't an issue for her, but she did trip right over Dexter's foot. The Death Scythe went fumbling over; landing face-first into the ground.

"OOF."

From falling, she could feel exactly where her books were landing and angrily watched them fall everywhere. Papers went flying and she knew it would take her ages to find them all. But instead of getting angry, she stands back up again and brushes herself off. Taking a deep breath, she spins around on her heels and looks down at the student unsure as to how close her face was to his.

"Excuse me. You must be careful sitting on these steps like that! Who knows! Maybe the building could've come tumbling down on you!"

Jocelyn probably sounded like a pure idiot at the moment, but she knew what she was talking about in her own, crazy mind.

Marla was walking up the steps when she saw Jocelyn trip and drop her papers everywhere. Not taking notice of the boy, she started picking up the papers. "Oh my gosh, are you ok?" She asked Jocelyn. Today was the day she decided she would find a meister, even if it meant nelping everyone she saw. She'll talk to the boy later.

Dexter sprang to his feet,  "Oh my god I'm so sorry! I'll help you with those." He quickly picked up three of the books and held them out to her. After several seconds, he realised she couldn't see and said, "Here, take them. Once again, I am SO sorry about that, it was my fault." Please don't punish me please don't punish me he thought as she retrieved her belongings. He nervously pulled on his hood, a habit he had when nervous, scared or embarrassed.

Jocelyn reached out in front of her and placed her hand on the cover of one of the books. When she knew what she was touching, she took both of them calmly and looked over in the direction where another student was shouting. Followed by the crunching of papers.

"I-I'm fine. I've fallen much harder than that."

Smiling lightly, she looks back over at the boy she'd just tripped over. Then she shifts her foot slightly and brings her heel back down onto the cement. She knew what everybody was doing and where everybody was at now. The vibrations came right back to her feet.

"Why've you been sitting out here? It's not the warmest weather we've had here."

Jocelyn puts her books on the ground next to her and sits down next to them. She had no idea who the kid was, and kept her unneeded guard on. Her hand was sitting on the tongue of her boot where the blade was.

Dexter flinched at the question,  "Oh, um , I was just leaving before you got here, but I stepped on something sharp and I fell over." Why am I nervous? I wasn't doing anything wrong. Quick, change the subject!" He gestured to the girl that just arrived and said "What is she doing here, too?" What am I doing? That question makes me sound like a scumbag! he looked at the ground,  "B-but you don't have to say if you don't want to..."
