Appearance: Amelia is a young girl with golden blonde hair that's very long, but typically tied into twin tails with ruffles in it for decoration where the tails are located. She has bright red eyes that shine and glow when she uses her powers. She has particularly clean teeth, and her canines are very sharp. Typically, one will see the tips of them when she speaks through her lips but you won't see the full thing till it's about too late. She dresses like a schoolgirl, complete with a pleated skirt and uniform shirt. Amelia looks younger than most would guess, and has a sort of cuteness factor that she uses to her advantage.

Personality: Amelia also acts much younger than she is. She's very hyper and smiley and acts very cute around other people. She's not very civilized and has a tendency to enter people's personal space, or to do things that make them feel awkward, like sniff their necks or something. She can be very argumentative and will lash out childishly at people that annoy her. Amelia, despite her childish demeanor, is somewhat manipulative. She uses her 'cuteness' to persuade people into doing things for her.

History: Amelia was born to two young parents, one a Witch, and one a Meister. At some point during Ame's childhood, around the age of 7, a Meister and Weapon pair rushed in and killed her mother. Believing all Meisters to be no good and evil, she took up magic and killed her father in his sleep before leaving her old home for good.

Miscellaneous: Amelia has the unique ability to suck the blood of humans, Kishins, Dark Weapons, Death Scythes, you name it. Upon sucking their blood, she knows what their powers are(At least, blood inherited powers) and can pinpoint them from a fair distance away. That is, if she doesn't drink them dry. >:3

She knows Soul Protect, even at such a young age.

Amelia sunburns easily, so she has to pretty much BATHE in sunscreen. And, sometimes, it will run out while she's out and about, so she'll need to find a place to reapply privately, or someone to do it for her.

Amelia can sprout two pairs of dainty bat wings from her back.
