Weapon:The scene of imperial decadence depicted in fantastically fine etchings-which seem to change upon each consideration-cover the surface of this single edged short sword. Whenever Shin-Tari strikes a foe successfully he can give himself a bane like enchantment against that type of enemy (like say golem, insect, witch, human, etc) for an hour causing an extreme amount of damge upon another successful hit. When Shin-Tari resonates with his meisters wavelength, Upon a successful strike his meister can teleport the enemy in any direction as long as its in his/her line of sight. The meister though when doing this cannot teleport the enemy where there is a person occupying the area of and object. At a certain resonance rate a single successful strike can teleport the enemy 100 miles away in a random direction. Though it will drain the soul wave length almost dry and make Shin-Tari pass out.

Physical Description:Shin-Tari wears a gray hoodie with deaths modern mask on his right shoulder. He wears glasses and has pretty yellow eyes. He is average height for his age and wears yellows converse. his skin tone is white with some tan mixed in. he has three band earring on his left ear, and wears ragged jeans.

Personality:Shin-Tari is a extreme slacker. He barely puts out any effort in anything he does. He lost thirty jobs because he wouldn't do the actual job. Usually he loves relaxing and doing nothing. He loves reading horrible, and cheesy romance novels. Though he doesn't put much effort into anything he is a genius. He is incredibly smart for his age. If you dragged him somewhere he wouldn't argue and just go along with it. SO don't expect him to be working hard at all when you partner up with him.

History:Shin-Tari was actually a son of a scientist who was close to unlocking/evolving the weapons race. Though it was never done because he was murdered in an alley with a knife still in him. The science community expected Shin-Tari to carry the torch of his father, But he never did. After two more years his entire family and friends died around him. After his last friend died he transformed into his weapon form and the etchings are each of his friends and family members on his blade. Ever since he was transferred to th D.W.M.A. he didn't go to class or try to find a meister for himself. He was to lazy and now he waits for a Meister to come and claim him as their weapon.
