June 9th
1:12 AM

Robin soared over the buildings of the shopping district, in his hand he held a spear that was about as tall as the young boy. He was dressed in a set of yellow robes, wearing a white mask with a yellow trim, and wearing a set of running shoes. But they were a different pair from what he wore to school today. He was chasing down someone that he had seen attacking a woman who was walking home tonight. The moon above his head leered at his frustration. The guy had jumped from building to building so fast that he knew he had to be a Kishen Egg.

Finally he saw a pair of eyes looking his way from a figure hidden on the other side of a tower. "There you are!" He yelled before he chucked his spear at the Kishen. The spear was magically enchanted and his body was magically empowered. It slipped right through the towers brick and came out in the Kishen egg. Pinning him to a wall and piercing his heart. It was a very quick death at least, his body lost it's physical form and a soul was all that remained.

Robin called up his friend Alexander. "Hey call of the search I found him." "No you don't need to come." "What!? No it doesen't feel great! It feels f****** awful! I just killed someone!" "Yeah, I guess he's never going to kill again." "Yeah I'll take the soul and meet up back at the hide out." Robin reached down as the glowing yellow spear disappeared from the wall. He took the soul and looked around. "Sure hope no one just saw me..."

Yui was patrolling at night. Death city, even though it was the home of the academy that raised students to fight off evil, it had a creepy feel to it. Witches might be undercover to keep track of DWMA in some way. He heard a boy shouting. She looked above seeing an enchanted spear soaring to the tower.
"What the...?"
A boy then crossed over. He had a strange aura. Silently she climbed on the roof to see what was going on. Apparently he was hunting a kishin and the spear was probably a partner... But her assumptions were quickly scattered when she reached up and saw the spear disappearing. Who was this boy? She had lowered so he wouldn't notice her. She decided she had to follow wherever this hideout might be.

"Hmm, a paranoid feeling, but just that a feeling." Robin thought to himself as he looked up before flying directly for the stars. He levitated until he was at least one hundred meters off of the grounds. Then he began to gracefully fly back to the hide out. He was glowing golden so it would be easy to follow him with a pair of eyes. Following him on foot however would be a test of swiftness and speed.

He flew to a coffee shop on the other side of the shopping district. If he had outpaced Yui then in all likelihood she would arrive to see him checking his Samsung for any more messages. If she had kept pace however she would see him enter a back entrance to the shop then come back out again a few moments later after he had dropped off the glowing soul in his cloak pocket.

Yui looked up. The boy just flew. Normal humans cannot fly. That guy was definitely not something normal. Was he a witch? The answer was quickly made in her mind: He is. Anger filled her mind almost coloring her eyes in glowing red. But before it could take her she took a deep breath to calm down. She had to plan this out carefully. Of course she could probably shoot him out of the sky or fly after him. But that would mean her cover would be blown. He looked like a damned lighthouse the way he was flying so it was easy to keep track of him. She climbed up the roof and started to run and jump from one roof to another. Eventually she saw him lowering altitude at the other end of the shopping district. When she finally reached a door just closed. Probably the hideout. She couldn't tell because she hadn't actually seen the boy going inside. She was breathing heavily from the running and decided to take a break to rest for a while. Staying hidden on the roof.

Robin came back out relatively quickly. He had I his hand a bottle of water. He drank heavy from the bottle and even poured some on his face. This would allow his oberver to see he was as young as he sounded and that he had a white complexion. His phone rumbled and he took it out of his pocket.

A moment later he texted a short message very quickly before shoving it in his robe and taking to the sky once again. This was no joy flight back home. Robin was flying as fast as his magic could possibly take him and he would rapidly disappear into a whole different district of the city.

If his persuer could manage to keep up with him he would fight be the same seen as robin. A bullet casing and a severed hand. "Good thing he had the instincts to take her to the hospital..." He would then send another message on is phone before flying over a building or two to find the guy. He was missing a hand, clearly human, and tearing off a ski mask that hat matter to his head with sweat. Robin came to a quick landing before staring him down. "I can't bring myself to kill you, even after what you've done. So I will make these guys do it. Don't worry mate, they will be fast." Robin would hold up a child's coloring book where six drawing of tigers would come to life jumping from the book. They would circle the man then take him out cleanly like the wounded prey he was. A blue soul would pop out.

Yui had all the time to observe her target now. He drank from a bottle of water and then poured it over his face. She could see he was still a boy. She wondered if he was old enough to even know or have done anything involving the horror that happened on Lundraga. Just when she was about to jump down the building he reached for his pocket to look at his phone. Then he lifted off really fast.
"What the..."
He flew too fast for her to possibly keep up by foot. However, she figured that if he really did fly around like that she would be able to keep track of him due to the light. She didn't want to unnecessarily transform, nor use her abilities. As the chance that she might get lynched for it were very likely. She ran after him at her own pace. Jumping once again from building to building. She had to figure out his flying pattern, and then she would be able to know where to strike. She arrived at the scene late. As expected. She could just make up a man in the distance getting attacked by six orange and black striped animals. A blue soul popped out. An innocent soul. She had to act now. Therefore she jumped off the building.
"Hey you!? What the hell do you think you're doing!?"
She yelled.

"Crap!" Thought Robin as he heard a female voice behind him, she sounded pissed and he knew that from how far she was away from him that she probably thought he had just set a pack of bloodthirsty lions on a random dude. He turned and looked back briefly before scraboeing forward, shoving by the soul I his robe before shooting up for the sky's at top speed. The lions who had been around him looked perplexed before exploding into clouds. These clouds would cover the entire allyway in a thick coverage which would mask his escape. The man who had just had his throat torn out by a lion would clearly be seen with a gun in his remaining hand.

Robbin was very careful not to glow this time he has took off. He had only lit up like this previously because he had cast a spell on himself that makes him phisically stronger. He shut that magic off and wove through buildings and low alleyways to try and completely loose the chick.

Yui snorted. When she finally reached the victim she saw he had a gun in his hand, probably for self defense. This time it didn't seem like he was showing off like last time, as the boy shot of without a light. She had no choice now.
"Run all you like. I will find you."
Annoyed that she had to actually chase him she transformed, releasing her real wavelength. She went to try a trick which she had developed from the information she got from Juro. A static field surrounded her showing any life forms in the vicinity. It was impossible to tell what was what. There were probably a buch of rats and stray cats out because she registered quite a bunch. But she could make up a fast moving thing, probably her target. Though he almost reached the limit of her static field range. She spread her wings and went into flight to keep in range and keep track.

"Hey! Yes I took him out! Someone saw me an-" Robin shot a look backwards and was able to spot Yui when she was a bit higher than him. Robin came to a screeching stop into a dumpster fire that had a bunch of filthy hobo's around it. He went tumbling all the way down the alleyway until he rolled to a stop. He had just missed getting some pretty nasty burns.

The men panicked for a moment and went to go check on the kid. One of them shook his shoulder and knocked off his hood. "Hey kid are you ok!? What on earth jus-" "Yeah!, I'm uhh... FINE! Just got to go!" He pulled the hood down tight over his head and walked away from the men. A few were a bit freaked out at having been woken up by this so they left the main group.

He took off his cloak and stuffed it into a pocket on the black hoodie he was wearing. He then brought the hood up over his head took his phone out of his pocket. "Someone is following me!" He said quietly. "Ahh dang it man I understand, just get her taken care of I am sure I can handle this." He hung up and began to walk in no general direction, just away from his airborne pursuer.

Yui carefully monitored the changes. The boy had slowed down there for a moment according to the static field and a crowd had moved around him. One of the signals moved away from the crowd as soon as it surrounded. She looked down and saw the small silhouette running below her just about disappearing between the buildings. He was trying to shake her off, going into random directions. Sadly, that wouldn't work for her. Swiftly she flew seeking a perfect place to cut off the little witch. And she saw a perfect opportunity lowering altitude. She reached a narrow alley folding her wings and landed in front of the boy. Lashing out with her tail.
"Gotcha now, little witch."
Her eyes glowed bright red, and the markings on her shoulder lit up the alley in a red eerie light.
"As I was saying: Run all you like, I will find you."

Robin came to a full stop. What on earth was this woman!? She could somehow fly and even in the shadows he could tell that she was anything but human. He briefly considered taking to the air or turning back and running the way that he had came. But instead he stood his ground firmly and pulled the hood of his jacket down.

"Alright that's enough! Just.... Enough running ok?" Robin panted as he leaned against a wall. "I know you saw me umm..." *Waste *Kill *Murder *Destroy "Kill, that, man... But I had a really good reason. And it's not "Oh look at me my soul is corrupted with magic." My name is Robin alright and you got me, I am I Sorcerer. What's your name? Why don't you just tell me what you saw so I can explain everything as best as I can?"

"My name is of no importance to a dead man. I know what your kind does. I know what your kind has done to me and the other Lundragans."
She showed a slightly corrupted arm.
"A lot of witches have collaborated in this nightmare that has been caused. And I will no longer stand by as your kind keeps taking lives for the thrill of it. Don't even try to come up with an excuse. You're all a bunch of liars and deserve to pay for what you've done!"
With that she sprang forward claws charged with electricity ready to slam the sorcerer in the ground. Or at least claw at him.

"The f***'s a lubedrago-" said Eobin before he was cut off so rudely by her attack. A circular force field would appear around Robin glowing gold. It would make her clawing attempt, even though it was charged. Become useless as it would scrape uselessly off the side of it.
"Hey I don't know what has happened to your people. But I am only eleven years old! Cut me some slack, my parents were not even magic they threw my ass out on the street when I was eight years old! I have not even killed anyone until tonite and I feel so ubgodly terrible about it. So for gods sakes hold off for a few minutes to let me explain myself! I am a human being, I ate lunch at my elementary school today and almost flunked a math test! I have plenty of life left to live so do not compare me to those awful people until you have heard half the things I got to say!"

"Nice try. But I know witches can look very young for their age. Your trickery may have worked for my friends to talk them into this shit. But I wont fall for it anymore!"
She forcefully attempted to break the shield bashing onto it. Using magic while he was in there proved useless. So she didn't waste any more than she needed. But she had to figure a better way around it. Damn, barrier magic was annoying. She had to wait him out until he would tire out or something. She snarled angrily while she was attacking the barrier. Her eyes fixated on the boy inside it.

Robin got very angry with this woman as she disregarded everything he said. Her blows would not be very effective against the barrier at all. It wasen't even made out of proper matter to be conductive and without some kind of super strength (let me know if she has super strength and I can change this post) she would be unable to realistically penetrate it. She would need some bigger attack or at least a weapon in order to see any progress.

"Oh look." Said Robin taking out his wallet and phone. "It's a magical thing I have called identification. Ohh, here is my student ID, that has to be fake right?" He would proceed to show her the items safe through his barrier. "Oh what's this? A library card!? Oh my either I am a forging son of a gun or I must have a really good guy making all this for me." He would then take out his phone and lean against the barrier that was hardly moving at all despite her attacks. He showed her the screen clearly. "Oh hey it's that selfie I took with Ron at lunch today. OH and it's my past text history for Ron for the last year I have know him and lived in this city. OH my, look it's a picture I took with all of my friends...." Robin started to feel bad for what he was doing.

".... What did they do to you Mahm? I can only imagine what has happened so long ago for the common man, or boy I guess to not even know what your kind is. How old are you? I know witches can live for a bloody long time, but how long does a Lundragan live? I am not going to fight you, but if you keep this up I am going to keep myself safe WITHOUT hurting you... I still did not get that name..."

Terra had been lured to this locale by a rather lustrous lightshow and the sounds of yelling. As she turned the corner she was welcomed by the sight of  a draconic woman bashing on a dome that was seperating her and the small child in front of her. She couldn't quite make out  what there were saying, but they seemed to be the source of confrontation.

Many told her that this was a strange city she just expected something a little less extreme for her first time here. She tried to sneak over towards the duo to see if her help was needed. Fshe was barely five feet away from where she had begun before she accidentally kick a piece of junk and it CLINK CLANK CLUNKed over to the barrier. She wasn't sneaking to well to begin with though, she was just moving between dumpsters. "Whoops"

Yui was getting tired of attacking. The barrier didn't even seem to budge an inch. And then he proceeded to provoke her even more. A flurry of attacks didn't seem to help. So she had to put everything in one attack.
"You little..."
She growled. Her ears flicked when she heard the noise of a tin can bouncing off the streets. Her eyes directed to the noise. At first glance it looked like a human. But there was something strange about that thing. She had no time to think about it, so she clawed her ways up the walls until she reached enough space to spread her wings and flew away to look for a place to transform back unseen.

Robin watched as she left, hoping and expecting that he would actually see her again. He let his barrier fall apart around him and took a deep breath. He had not expected it to take that much out of him. He watched as her tail disappeared over the roof and heard the flapping of her wings.

He then turned to the new arrival, the woman who had saved him. He walked forward and said. "Oh thank you very much stranger. The common disposition to Sorcerers is at the time very low. My name is Robin, could I get yours?"

"Hhmm, I guess you could call me Terra, and your welcome. Terra had many questions for the kid. Terra first went over to him to see if he was alright, "Where do you live? Actually, where are your parents?" She went to put her hand on his shoulder. She was curious how he got in this situation, but first she had to get him somewhere safe. She looked around pointlessly for the dragon lady, and assumed that it was relatively safe here. She offered the boy a warm smile as she kneeled down and rested a soft hand onto his shoulder.

This was bad. Not only had the boy escaped from her grasp. He also knew she had two forms. She managed to check if anyone was nearby with the static field before she turned back into a human. Anger was still raging through her. She took the chocolate bar from her pocket that Juro had bought for her the other day. Taking a bite calmed her down her eyes turning back to the usual purple. That barrier is a problem... Enough sheer force should be able to break it... But she wasn't an earth lundragan whom had the ability of super strenght. She needs to figure a way to break the barrier. Or catch that boy by surprise if she wanted to kill him. Humans with magical powers... They were trickier than she had expected at first. Magic always made things complicated. And she hated it for it. Then again, she had to train her focus better, she could've seen that other person coming if she wasn't so agitated by that kid. She clenched her teeth. She had to practise more. Study details of her own abilities better, harness them. If she would fail here, then the witches would win. She didn't want that.

"I live in the shopping district! My parents? Oh they should be somewhere in California attending witch protest rally's and being glad they don't have a son. Oh but I do have a guardian, he is in the hospital right now with a friend. I got caught out here because I wanted to fly over there and see him. I know I am not suppose to do that kind of thing. So I waited until early in the morning and flew over there. I knew so wasent suppose to go but I wanted to surprise him. This woman started following me and yelling at me that she was going to hurt me. So I ran and hid, when that dident work I tossed up a barrier to keep her from hurting me and after she pounded on it for a while until you came."

"Oh god I am so glad you came around, I was getting scared that she was going to outlast me there for a while. Everything should be alright now. Forget the hospital, it's closer sure but I just want to go home and try to forget this happened." Robin hated lieing to Terra but he knew that he just could not tell her the whole story. What he was doing out at this time. But he worked in as much truth as he possibly could and if a few months on the streets taught him anything it was how to lie.

"You poor, poor thing. Here let me take you home." Terra had no reason to believe that the boy was lying, so she remained blissfully ignorant. Terra took her hand off of the boys shoulder and offered her hand to him. She looked to the other side of the alley, and realised that even if the boy gave her an address she couldn't manage to find the place. That was the whole reason she was here now. "Do you know the way to your home? As it happens I am pretty new here." Terra chuckled a bit and scratched the back of her head with her free hand.

Terra while this was happening was preparing herself for an attack from the dragon-lady. Terra wondered if this was some sort of intricate trap for a brief second. Get the girl to walk down the alley way after a flashy display, make her believe she is saving, nice easy free soul.  Terra shook the thought of her head. She was being absolutely ridiculous. The situation just seemed a little bit off.

"Alright thanks! It is quite a long ways away. Over an hour walking. How's about we take the bus?" Robin said as he to looked upwards for the dragon woman. Oh goodness, he hoped he would not be looking over his shoulder for the rest of his life to check and see if she was going to be there. The very thought made him shudder. "Bus station is right out of this place and to the left. Follow me." He walked just a bit ahead of Terra.

Yui had snuck back to the alley still in her human form. Hoping they would still be there. She was in luck, she could hear their voices in the distance. They hadn't left yet. She had to lay low and as least figure out where the hideout was that boy had spoken of. Then she would be able to deal with him whenever she had the possibility to do so.

This city was huge, Terra thought, if they could walk for an hour and still not be on the other side of the city. Suddenly she didn't feel bad for getting lost. "Sure!" Terra followed behind the self-proclaimed sorceror. As the two turned the corner Terra checked both sides before following the boy to the bus stop. She had been in this city for a while, but she still was impressed by the massive buildings of steel and glass. She began to more absentmindedly walk behind the boy as she began to daydream about her past and her family. She would easily be snapped out of her trance, but would quickly forget the daydream.
