Wedding Day (Everyone's Invited!)

Sylas smiles hugging her tight. "That's right....I'm yours and you're mine...."

"I'm not returning to the academy," She said, shaking her head, "As a student, anyway. I'm going to start transitioning middle school students into the DWMA. Lord Death thinks I'm perfect for the job. We were so busy, I forgot to tell you. " She smiled up at him, "Also, I was thinking of getting a place of our own. What do you think?"

Sylas continues to hug her. "I'm still going to take missions. I can work well enough on my own if you don't want to join me, but I think they're both great ideas...."

"I'll still take missions, I just won't be a student anymore. There's a place right near the academy that Lord Death said we could live in. It'll take a little renovation, but it'll be ours. And we don't have to pay for it, so we can help Kyllic and Rose pay for the apartment." She snuggled into his shoulder, "I'm so excited about our new life together."

Sylas nods, kissing her. The song ends and he leads her back to their table. "Let's do it, then..."

"Okay!" She bounces happily.

Sylas pulls her into a kiss. "My Dowan...."

"My Sylas..." She giggles, returning the kiss. It was only them there, and no one else.

Sylas blushes lightly. "I, uh, I wasn't sure what to do for the honeymoon....so how does the Bahama's sound?"

"Fine by me." She gives him another kiss, sweet and long.

Sylas takes her left hand, admiring the ring. "Dowan...What are your plans for us in the future?"

"Well, we start out slowly. We do our jobs, get to know each other better in the way married people do. Maybe, one day, we could start a family? I want to be on the same page with you."

Sylas laughs softly. "I'm a fast reader...."

"As in?" She laughs softly, too.

Sylas blushes. "Maybe I'm a few pages ahead....or something...."

"Well, love, what were you thinking?" Her eyes were sparkling.

Sylas bangs his head against the table, burying it in his arms, though the tips of his ears are red. "Nothing, just forget I said anything..."

Dowan giggles, "Babe just tell me." She runs her fingers through his hair, still chuckling.

Sylas laughs. "You can't figure it out?"

Dowan snorts, "I have a million thoughts in my head. No, not really."

Sylas blushes deeper. "Can't even guess what I'm trying to say by the blush?"

"You...want to....oh." Dowan laughs, this time pretty sure she knew where he was getting at, "You...want to...start on the family...now?"

Sylas chuckles. "Only if you want..."

"That could be fun." She walks her fingers up his chest, "Actually, that sounds like a lot of fun." She tugs at it.

Sylas chuckles. "You really think so?"
